We are recruiting for our operation in the Netherlands the permanent role of the
Sales Manager Netherlands (M/F)

Customer loyalty programs

Our customer designs classic loyalty programs and tailor-made customer loyalty programs for European food retailers (FMCG) in a wide variety of locations across Europe. Ideally, you are based in the Netherlands and you will be responsible for  planning, acquisition and execution of these programs.

What you will do:

  • Expand our current customer portfolio and operating activities in the food retail market
  • Engage with the various management levels of key customers
  • Analyze consumer demand thoroughly together with the client management
  • Offer and sell loyalty programs according to the needs of the client
  • Support of the conceptual development and implementation of identified and agreed promotional activities
  • Track promotions’ success and monitor the market to anticipate future trends
  • Maintain a close link with our headquarters in Hamburg (Germany), especially when negotiating national programs together with the customer at board level
  • Become the strategic point of contact for your clients

What we expect:

  • Showing a truly entrepreneurial way of working to drive the customer agenda
  • Good knowledge of the food retail sector, ideally from the brand manufacturer’s perspective
  • Turning your broad experience of  analysising of retail data into successful projects
  • Dealing with all aspects of a successful implementation at the point of sale
  • Secure and engaging manner that allows negotiating at management and board level
  • University degree in Economics/Business Administration (or similar)
  • Fluent in Dutch, very good English skills - some German would be an advantage
